2010: First RLM-240 has been installed in Canada
Woodlandia shipped first RLM-240 log mill/moulder to a client in Alberta, Canada
RLM-240 Log moulder is log trhough-pass mill able to process barked or debarked, raw, or "green" stems into nice building aterials in one pass.
Woodlandia shipped the machine and helped the owner to organize simple log home manufacturing line. The line included:
- automated in-feed log deck (used one bought by the client)
- automated in-feed log conveyor (used one bought by the client)
- automated out-feed log deck (used one bought by the client)
- Woodlandia RLM-240 log mill (to produce Swedish Cope logs)
- Woodlandia NM-1 log notcher (to mill round notches in logs)
- Arunda Dove tail system (to make timberframe style connections)
- Diesel generator to produce the power to run whole system
